IT'S A BUSINESS TALE AS OLD AS TIME. 

We are Laurel, Garry, and Alora. Each of us bring different strengths to the table and have chosen to work together as a team to bring you the best real estate care we can offer. Laurel is our Broker of Record, the driving force behind the brokerage, with a heart of gold and a caring soul. Garry is our sales representative, a brilliant DIY construction brain with a passion for learning (from joke-books to text-books, this man consumes it all). Jacqui is our assistant, over-seeing our online presence and making sure the snack drawer is always full.

I’m Mom to three remarkable adults, (and their partners who I adore), who live their lives with integrity and joy. I’m Nanna to six amazing grandkids, who delight me every day of their lives. I married my high school sweetheart a long, long time ago…and he still makes me laugh almost every single day. I love to spend family time at our cottage and to travel in our RV. And I am the ‘big girl dog’ to Charlie, our smooth Collie who we love to walk every morning. He’s just learned not to chew on my shoes. Finally.

I’ve been in the real estate business since 2007, and over the years I’ve learned a lot about the industry and myself. My experiences have led me to a different way of running my business. I love being a real estate broker and truly feel rewarded and happy when my clients are completely satisfied. This way of conducting my business has proven successful, as I was honored in 2012, 2014 and 2015 to be awarded the Royal LePage President’s Gold Award.

I decided in 2016 that the time was coming to leave my loving nest at Royal LePage Key Realty and launch into our very own brokerage; thus Price & Associates Realty was born. My vision for this new brokerage is simple: trustworthy, personable, heart-felt real estate. Whether it’s your first time buying a home, or your tenth, it’s so important to choose an agent that will offer you the time, expertise and attention you deserve; that is the experience I strive to provide. Why a brand new career in real estate after retirement from more than thirty-five years in industry? Well, its never too late to start the next new thing and while it's a huge change from my last career as a tradesman and supervisor, I am challenged and excited to now be in the business of finding the right property for people.
Have you ever wondered, "What will I do when I'm retired?" Well, I can tell you that whatever you do on Saturdays right now is what you will do when you are retired, but only its every day. For the past thirty-nine years we've lived quite happily in the Enniskillen and Sarnia areas and in all that time there can't be more than one year when we didn't have a hands-on home construction or renovation project on the go. So its a natural fit for me to then, in retirement, carry on with that building passion as well as pursuing the business of real estate. Every day I look forward to new friends, new partners and sharing my experience and skills with my clients.

What an opportunity to take this journey with Price & Associates.  As a student studying real estate, I'm thrilled to have the advantage of this hands on learning experience.  My goal is to keep the day to day operation of the office running smoothly so that Laurel and Garry can concentrate their efforts on meeting the needs of our clients.
